I am very pleased with my new Honda CRV Hybrid.

When I first met Ahmad he was very friendly and down to earth. Welcoming and very educated in all aspects of the experience. He was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and respectfully. At first I was not sure which car I wanted or if I even wanted to buy that day. But Ahmad was very patient and transparent with me. I have recommended him to friends and family and quite frankly anyone I meet. He followed up with me after my purchase and assisted me with questions even after my purchase. For him, I will return. 5 stars well deserved!!

I scheduled an oil change, and, before I arrived, I was

I scheduled an oil change, and, before I arrived, I was called and texted by Samuella, offering an appraisal and possible trade in of my car. I agreed, and my car was appraised. I decided to get a new car, but decided I didn’t like the payment the offered. I said I was paying for my service and leaving. I paid 82 dollars for service and left. The sales people callled 3 times begging me to come back, and I did. I asked that the 82 dollars I paid be returned, and was told it would. Since then, I have called multiple times since ad have been told that Nicole was talking to management and would call me back, but have not been called back. This is very bad form. You guys are willing to lose a 2 time customer for 82 dollars?
