Had a recall- called the number on the recall and it was not helpful. Called Braman on Thursday for a Monday 8:00 am Appointment. It was perfect.

I was extremely pleased that you were able to re-affix the "flap" under the front. I really thought this time it would just have to be removed. This is a 2005 so I am not wanting to put any unnecessary money into it. Thank you!

Shawn the sales rep is spectacular. He is friendly and very professional and knowledgeable about Honda Civics. He makes the entire process easy for me. I bought three Civics from him. Management should reward Shawn for his hard work and clone him because he is that good!!!!!!!!!! I will only buy vehicles from Shawn!!!!! Please give Shawn a significant pay raise because it is well deserved!!!!

Alex at Service is great!

Alex in service was great! Fast, efficient, personable and trustworthy. I strongly recommend Alex and the team of technicians, they are the best. As for Braman, their online scheduling system is pathetic, in the past it was easy to sign in, select the advisor and look for available day and time. Now I had to go through a middle man who didnt have my correct information, which was very frustrating as I dont have free time to tend to personal matters like other people. Needless to say the lady at service check in was able to schedule me. So the young lady and Alex restored my confidence in Braman.
