Service on my 2017 CRV

Alex was very professional and kept me up to date with the work being done on my vehicle. Parts had to be ordered so hopefully it wont be too long before the work can be completed.

Jasmine was my service advisor and is the reason for my exceptional experience. This was the second time she has helped me so I knew I was in good hands. Outstanding Service Advisor

I brought my wife's 2020 CR-V in due to a noise. It turned out that Jasmine found the problem immediately, a very large nail in right front tire. Upon greeting me with a sincere smile she said, I'm very sorry for your wait. I could see how busy they were but still her high level of professionalism, empathy regarding wait time, honesty, and overall knowledge was very impressive. In the future, I will ask for her because she instills confidence and caring. Front line people like Jasmine are a huge asset to a car dealership. As a retired HR exec I would guess that Braman's management team will consider her for future career advancement opportunities. Just one suggestion, other dealerships I have used provide complimentary snacks to waiting customers. It's a nice touch and customers appreciate it.
