First time buyer

Eduardo and MJ helped me get the car I’ve been dreaming of driving down i95. I named my Honda after both of them. Eduardo is friendly, professional, and understanding! I’m a first time buyer so the process was stressful but Eduardo was helpful in reassuring me I would get what I wanted. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Used car purchase

Quick, organized buying process, knowledgeable sales staff. I bought my car at the end of the night but no one made me feel as if they were rushing me through so they could go home. I bought a used car and they could only find 1 of 2 key fobs the night I purchased. They followed through on a verbal promise and had a new key fob made at their expense when the 2nd key fob couldn't be found in the dealership.

Very bad services and extemely humiliating

Very humiliating behavior and extremely bad services .Constantly trying to cheat people with the price. The dealer agreed on the prices and then he called us to came and take the car, once we went in he changed the prices and asked to leave if you don't want to buy. This is very bad to any customer, if they agree on a price and asked to come to take car and then they say they cannot give it, they mentioned to go out of the office and also mentioned they are not doing gas business to sell the car. For any dealer there will be a way to convey if they don't want to give the price .but in Braman they just say get out of the showroom.

Cheating people with the prcies

Very bad experience with braman Honda. They cheat on the price with the discussion earlier and after with us. They made au come to showroom multiple times saying we will give the price of our choice and cheated once we come to showroom saying they can't give and with the rude behavior saying go out of the office including kids and women .I would never ever go to Braman Honda in my life .I would never recommend in any of collogues and friends.

Great Agency

Jacqueline, the service representative, was terrific. She quickly signed me in and was very professional. During my waiting period I was able to relax, read my book and have a cup of coffee in a very clean and attractive location within the agency.

My Awesome Experience at Braman Honda Service Dept

I had the pleasure of having Gilbert Gill as my Service Associate. If I can use one word to describe him, I would say he is Phenomenal. He is a customers person. He explains, accommodates and makes sure his customers understand and pleased. I told Gilbert that his service motivates me to continue purchasing Honda. Gilbert is my number one Service Associates. He attitude never changes.
