Tints Done!

Braman Honda took care of a tinting service that came with the purchase of the vehicle. The first person I spoke to had no idea about me coming in. I spoke to another individual and she was able to take care of the situation. The service from then on was great. It took about 2 hours to have the tint completed.

Great experience!

Excellent and efficient overall service. This was by far the best experience I have had at any Honda dealership for service. I will definitely be scheduling future services at Braman.

Leased 2019 Honda CRV-EX-V

From our initial contact, Ashley was responsive to every question posed except one: why a "dealer fee?" No positive response was provided by any of the five Honda dealers who received the same question. One attempted to suggest that the "fee" was/is to cover overheard to which I responded that a fee is just another way of increasing profit. Why hide it. From our sales person to the New Car Sales Manager; from the Credit Department to the Insurance expert all were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. In that we live 1-1/2 hours south of the dealership, all but the final signing was handled by-way-of e-mail. Responses to my interrogatories were timely, pointed but not curt. While we look forward to enjoying our CRV for the next three years, we also look forward to our next opportunity to work with the Braman Honda team in 2022.

Kennedy Rush, champion

Kennedy Rush got me through the ordeal of leasing a new vehicle very painlessly. He found me a car and estimated my payment very accurately. He set up the electronics and got me on my way in record time. He was patient with a credit card fiasco that we resolved without my having to return to the dealership. ... Job well done.
