They were fast with the repairs and answered all of my questions.

The car was done with the oil change quick and everything was great. The service was all on time.

I thought my tire had a slow leak, but by the time I drove my car to the service center it had blown out! And I had to pick up my dad from the airport in two hours. Jackie was my service person and she took care of everything. She got me a rental in time to pick up my father, and by the end of the day my rim and axels checked out ok and my tire was replaced! Thanks Jackie and Honda for such excellent service!

Ashley Marx was the best sales person. Negotiated a price over the phone. Shopped other dealerships and they said something had to be missing, no way they could sell it for that price. Went to Braman yesterday and they honored the price. Drove home with a new CRV.

I always expect the service at Braman Honda to be excellent and it was, excellent again. However, what I most appreciated was the way Gilbert Gil restored the safety features which mostly in the off position. Just as importantly, he clearly demonstrated how to restore them if they should be accidentally turned off .

Went in for regular oil change. It was quick and efficient. Just the way I like it. Normally takes about an hour. And surprisingly, they didn't try to over sell. Other dealerships usually try and say you need this, this, and this done to your car. It's very annoying, But Braman Honda hasn't done that to me yet which I love.

Gilbert is Awesome, after Jackie retired i ha e dealt with Gilbert and he makes sure im taken care off. Customer service is wonderful.

2016 Mazda CX-5 Touring. 2nd vehicle purchased there. Facility was very clean and inviting. Pricing and service were excellent. Frantz Pierre-Loius was my sales rep and was very patient and most helpful over the several days I spent searching for a car on the lot. The GM (Hector) went above and beyond with pricing and service. He stayed engaged throughout the buying process. Most GMs in my experience dont offer this level of service. I noted that he wears black sneakers and for good reason. He is constantly running around to get you the car you want and he made sure of that. Both Frantz and Hectors motivation and positive attitudes were convincing enough for me to ensure that I continue buying my cars from Braman Honda. I will, without hesitation, recommend the dealership to friends and family. Special mention for Daniel (my salesman when I purchased my 2018 CR-V) for assisting me via text messages.
