The salesman Carlos Puerta was fantastic. He was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He made buying a new car easy. There was an issue with financing. I waited hours to try and close the deal with financing and had to come back after waiting for alimost 3 hours. Then when I came the finance department Omar gave a horrible rate while I have extremely good credit. I had to inform him of the nation deal Honda was offering.

Adil was informative, detail oriented, patient and so committed to helping me switch back to driving a Honda. I'm so grateful for all he did, even the little things like noticing in the dark that I forgot to transfer my employee parking card and taking the initiative to switch my home & mailbox keys to the new Honda FOB, which I did not think about until I got home. I was in to have my 2016 CRV serviced for an oil change. My lease was coming due in a few months. I have purchased 7 vehicles from you, and I was going to wait until the month that my lease would be due. I was approached by Carlos while I was waiting for my car to be serviced, and before you know it I was purchasing my new 2019 CRV. Carlos was very friendly, knowledgeable about the car, knew what I wanted, and made it happen. I love this location, and will never shop at another dealership.
