I had been in contact with Terry a couple of days prior to my purchase. My girlfriend and I had explained to Terry what exactly I was looking for and able to afford. He said he would do his best and not waste our time(we were travelling from Coral Springs). We arrived late Sunday afternoon. Met Terry and took the Civic around for a test drive. The car drove wonderful and the extras were out of this world. After some negotiating we agreed on a price. Terry was extremely kind and honest from the minute we spoke with him until I drove off the lot. I was very happy to have him as a salesman. I was also in contact and spent much time with Sebastian Rivera. I was very pleased with his service and determination in getting me a better insurance rate for my lease. I am one of these folks who rarely buy cars. I run them into the ground until they are almost ready for the junk yard. I do not enjoy the car buying experience. After 15 of driving a Ford Taurus I am going to have to buy a replacement because it is falling apart. I did a lot internet research looking for a low mileage used car in South Florida. I must have looked hundreds of cars. Most of them being lots of miles on a a few year old car being sold by someone I've never heard of. Finally I went to Braman Honda's web site. I had heard good things about Braman from other members of my immediate family. I found a three year old Honda Civic LX with 17,400 miles on. Preowned certified car. I drove up there in that beat up old Taurus. I ended up running Mr. Smiley Sam Polo. He was very helpful. We on test drive around the block in the middle of the rain. I asked him for permission to take the car to my mechanic Andrew - Kramer's Auto in Boca. No problems. No hassle. Go take it. We got it in the bay. It was a really good looking car. Took it back up to Braman. They were happy to take my old car off my hands. If you ever tried to buy a car when you got something that is about to die. Most car dealers want nothing to do with vehicles. It was very easy process with no hassle at all. None of this - wouldn't like to look at this car or here. Or we can add primer on the bottom. No push the car loan when I said I going pay cash. We will take your paper check on your checking account. We take your Taurus and resale to a wholesaler so you do not have to mess with a private sale. They did the annual on the registration and all the paperwork. Cleanly and quicker - at least as quickly as possible with something as complicated as get rid of old car - transfer tag - renew tag and so on. I was very impressed with their willingness to make it happen my way. Without all attempts to try up the bill or sell me a higher margin car. The only extra they tried to sell me was the extended warranty. When I said no. Moved on right on completing the sale without any pressure. If you are looking for a car without feeling like you are hunting by a pack of sharks, Braman Honda is a good place to go. Ask for Sam Polo.

Maurice did a fine job with listening to our concerns about how much we wanted to pay for our new car. He was very helpful with showing my wife all the features the car had and how it use them. When we came back in to get some moldings on he made sure it was done quickly.

I never expected to spend so much time at the dealership but I did, about 5 hours. Throughout the entire time, Billy was extremely nice and very perceptive to my needs. He knew what I could afford and couldn't afford and so worked around that to best cater to what I needed. Though it may have taken awhile to close the deal, I was able to get the best of the best. When it comes a time to purchase another car, I will definitely be seeing Billy.
