Out of all the dealers I have dealt with over the years, this was my best new vehicle buying experience. No pressure and friendly sales staff. I left feeling I got a fair deal.

We were looking for a very specific Ram 3500 and Aaron Skinner located it for us and had it brought down the next day. TJ the sales manager made sure we got the best price possible without haggling. We had our financing lined up with USAA and Kevin the finance manager at Jim Browne asked for a chance to beat the rate we were quoted. He didn't run our credit multiple times and got us a better rate with GTE. I highly recommend Jim Browne to anyone looking for a new car!!!!!

We live in Palm Beach County and were unable to find a Chrysler van that fit our needs and was within our budget. After an exhaustive internet search, we found vans here that we thought would be what we wanted. The options for the vans are time consuming, and at times frustrating, to go through and decide what you want and need and what you do not want and do not need...quite a learning experience! Aaron Skinner, sales consultant, went above and beyond finding the exact van we wanted and took our budget into consideration. We are more than well pleased with the attention given us. I bought my new Journey from this dealership mainly because of my salesman Chris. I looked around at other dealerships and felt like the sharks were after me. Chris was not that way. He was very personable and answered the million questions I had. He even gave me his personal cell where I could text him if I had questions once I got home. Poor guy was texting me at 9pm when I had a stupid question. Also stayed late showing me how everything worked on my new car. He got me in the car I wanted with the money I had. Will be sending more people his way.

I took my brand new Dodge Ram 1500 in four it's first oil change on 4/4/2016. I found it to be a very nice experience from the minute I arrived. The young lady who met me in the service drive was cordial, pleasent and very professional. I was greeted by all the employees in a very respectful manner as I was looking for my salesman Aaron. I had a question or two and both Aaron and Gabe Schofield took the time to answer my inquiries with patience and exhibited great knowledge about their product. I have found that this dealership is a joy to visit and I know that I will be treated with respect and friendship.

Lastly, I want to say that Reno and the service department were fantastic as well. They took the time to transfer several parts from my older Wrangler to my new one, making my new Wrangler perfect. This is only my second new vehicle I have had in my 37 years. I know I am blessed as most are not able to say that. Mike and TJ at Citrus Ram were very patient with me through the process as most was done over the phone due to the distance I was from thier dealership. They were eager to earn my business and offered the best pricing as other dealerships were not and didn't treat me as a customer because I was not physically in front of them.
