Unexpected Experience
We contacted the dealership in response to a listing posted by Mike Krupka (Internet Manager) for a 2016 Town & Country mini van. Being a 2016 and in addition, a model that was being discontinued, the dealership was listing a substantially discounted price. Upon arrival, we found the van of our choice sitting out front waiting for us to test drive it. After driving it, we found that the leg room was not adequate for me, (I am quite a large man). Mike suggested that we try the new Pacifica that was sitting on the showroom floor. I was somewhat reluctant to check it out because it was a 2017 AND it was an entirely new model that was just being introduced. We felt that they would not be so anxious to discount it. We sat down with Mike and tried to negotiate a deal even though we did not expect to have anything we could afford happen. With the help of Kevin, (the finance man) and TJ (sales manager ?), we arrived at a payment close to our budget number by getting a lower interest rate and the dealer raising the value of our trade. Not being comfortable exceeding our budget, TJ said he had one last offer. To get to our budget, we had to be financing $1,000 less. He said he would discount the van another $500 if we would increase our down payment $500. So, we left with the new 2017 Pacifica and, we were able stay within our budget. We love the Pacifica. We do find we are exceeding the mileage the sticker says we should expect. So, folks, do not hesitate, Visit Jim Browns dealership and let them work on getting you want. We feel that they bent over backwards to make us happy. Thank you JimBrowne!

NO STRESS BUY!!!
Our experience dealing with Mike was delightful. They had the car we wanted from our internet search. From my first inquiry to Mike to get general info, to setting a time to come see it (we drove from Orlando) he was very helpful & accommodating. The car was as described, price was fair, Mike stayed late on a Sunday (in rain too) to help us get our car buying done on our availability. I also want to say thanks to Duncan, I know the inner workings of the back end of a dealership and was surprised that Duncan offered but did not pressure the GAP insurance, credit , life, disability & extended warranties etc. My wife & I were treated well & highly recommend Citrus CDJR to our friends, well worth the 1 hr drive to be treated so well. Wonderful Buying Experience
It seems like everyone that deals with an auto-dealership has differing experiences. My recent interaction with this dealership left me with a wonderful experience and would be one that I would recommend to others. As a sales professional, Chris took the time to listen to our desires and interests and helped guide us through the process of purchasing a vehicle without pressure or typically experienced hard sell techniques. He went above and beyond to search and find exactly what we had in mind and made the purchase very satisfying. Since we were already pre-approved with our credit union, Duncan helped us sign and complete the finance process again without pressure. Since we have just purchased our vehicle, we have yet to interact with their service procedures and personnel but from what we have experienced so far, I'm expecting much of the same. Honest and straightforward
I just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Robert Mendola. I purchased this vehicle through the internet and took delivery in person on Sunday. Robert was courteous, efficient and timely on answering any of my questions. He worked diligently to get to the deal that I was looking for. At time of delivery I was not happy with the exterior detail, and he tended to that immediately. You can tell that the atmosphere is family oriented and not turn and burn....That is refreshing, especially in today's sales environment with all the "big box" competition, I would recommend Robert and Jim Browne Citrus dealer to anyone.
