The team at Jim Browne did not give up on getting financing for my senior grand daughter, a first time buyer AND applied no pressure on us in the process. The salespersons, Joe and Tyra, were personable and listened to our needs as well as identified with our situation. In addition, manager Larry, and Finance Personnel, Joanna, kept us informed every step of the way. Icing on the cake, was after the sale, the dealership took complete responsibility for making sure the car was serviced properly by handling any/all concerns in that regards. The BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER of the buying experience with Jim Browne's personnel was unlike any I had ever experienced best described as professional, straightforward, and excellent customer service!

My service advisor was very nice and not pushy about other products/services. He did make recommendations and explained the why behind it. I used to go to the Tampa dealer, but they burned that bridge on my last visit which was perfect because now I live closer to the dade city location and they showed me more love on my first visit than the other one ever did. My advisor even checked up on me the next day to make sure my vehicle was still doing good. It’s the little things that go the furthest. I really appreciated his service.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
STAY AWAY FROM HERE! They will get from you allot of $$$$$$ they are apparently fixing or replacing parts that still are under lifetime vehicle warranty and they won't do it and they will lie telling you they did.. I had have the worst experience at this location several times i just whent there for a regular oil change maintenance and got my car back with an OIL LEAK that don't have it before. I whent there For 2nd time after i noticed the BURNT OIL SMELL AND A MASSIVE LEAK after they worked with it and so i was (just triying to have my vehicle fixed because of the damage that THEY CAUSE to it and i just wanted to get it fix at the service dealer because you wouldn't expect a SLOPPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE like they did at this Chrysler location when you expect they should be the experts. They mess it up twice and i STILL HAVE PROBLEMS with my car NOT FIXED. The Service Manager Jhon Whitaker is the WORST Manager ever he did with me no communication at all during or after my complaints is so UNPROFESSIONAL he never APOLOGIZE either or make me fell like he would take good care to fix THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSE TO MY CAR, Also the Service Consultant Gene Sladking after he told me they where going to fix my car (the damage they made) with their best technitians gets what? The best technitian hasn't fixed anything and he mess my engine parts with visible Rtv glue adhesive EVERY WHERE. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!.. The MANAGER IS WORST EVER HE DIN'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT MY CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS or about the damages they cause (TELLING ME JUST THANK YOU FOR MY FEEDBACK when i tell him what they have DONE AND NOT DONE AS REQUESTED TO MY CAR is NOT A FEED BACK IS A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT AND A SERIUS SITUATION CAUSE AT THIS LOCATION) he just justifiying they HORRIBLE SERVICE and charging me for parts that where never damage. MY CARS STILL NOT FIXED they said they replaced some gaskets that is the cause of the OIL LEAK (THAT THEY DETECT) and aparently replaced and still are UNDER WARRANTY and look what HORRIBLE JOB THEY DID AT SOME PICTURES ATACHED, this is NOT ACCEPTABLE what kind of mechanic would do something like this and worst causing DAMAGE TO MY ENGINE they never HAD REPLACE THE GASKETS THEY JUST PUT GREY RTV GLUE AT THE EXTERIOR PARTS LIKE WITH THEIR FINGERS THIS IS A HORRIBLE JOB FREAKING UMBELIAVABLE!!! Also i request them to install other parts that where damage because of the oil leak and they never did it AS I WAS TOLD THEY WHERE GOING TO TAKE CARE OFF. I requested to them that before i get my car back when they finished the repairs that i wanted my car back with no visible grease inside the car and engine detailed (because the 1rst time they gave it to me DIRTY WITH GREASE ALL OVER and as you can see in the pictures they gave it to me AGAIN all DIRTY WITH NO DETAIL CLEANING EITHER ALL INTERIORS WITH GREASE AND THE ENGINE STILL NOT DETAILED AND DIRTY. I WILL GO FURTHER TO THE LAST CONSECUENCES TO FINALLY HAVE MY CAR REPLACED FOR SHURE BECAUSE OF THIS DAMAGES AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD, JUST STAY AWAY

PLEASE READ I want to let every one know that that sale sale staff are wonderful people . NOT SURE ABOUT Management. Joe and Vince were great to work with. Like everybody that goes they we all try to get the best deal we can. When we get to the dealer we find them not as truthful as they should be they expect you to have been a car salesman to understand all the fine print. They only tell you go to make a deal. You must have retired from the service with 20 yr. NOT A VETRAN . Or you can be disable . But you cant be just a plain old vet one of the manger to me on the phone this morning , or your credit score need to be below 710 I worked hard to get a high score. These are the kind of games you have to play with the manger just to try to get a good deal, The manger I have mention has been call out in other reviews. I'm still working on a deal for a truck. I will write another review after we see how it goes
