Liked the two guys that help me with my car.

Liked the two guys that help me with my car. However, when I walked in there was no one by the door. Someone seen me and told me he had to find someone and I had to wait 20 mins for someone come out and help me.

It was nice to work with Goldie and Paul G. We were able to get everything done pretty quick. Goldie found a lower interest rate (although I arrived with pre-approval). Thank you!

Be aware when you try to buy a car from this dealership

Be aware when you try to buy a car from this dealership they will try to add the “Jerry Ultimate Edge” for $2999 (which is for window tint and a bunch of things you might not even want), then they add a dealer fee on top of $1198 on top of that. They refused to remove the “Jerry Ultimate Edge” so I had to walk away from a deal. I would have paid the regular dealer fee. So they are luring buyers in with a slightly lower price then adding it back on with their additional dealer fees. So they are just playing a shell game. Usual deceptive dealer practices. Buy elsewhere.

Do not trust this dealership

purchased a Fiat 500x 6/29/2021. The salesman Leo was great. I purchased the service contract with Sergio Delgado (Finance) with the car. I came the next day to cancel the service contract. Sergio was very upset at the fact that I was canceling, he was very unprofessional. I signed paperwork to cancel. However, the cancelation was never sent to the finance company. Fast forward a year and a half later this dealership only wants to refund half the amount of the contract. Do not trust this dealership especially SERGIO DELGADO they are very dishonest people. I emailed Jade Colmenares the receptionist and she failed to respond back. I'm still waiting on a response from Jade. I will leave a review on every platform until something is done. It's not my fault that the dealership failed to send the 1st cancelation. I will update my review if something changes.
