I drove 3hrs, 180 miles to pick up this car and when I got there it took the finance department 3hrs before they were able to process my paper work, even do I had my own financing. When I finally got into the finance department some of the numbers we agreed on were wrong, but I just wanted to get the xxxx out of there. over all it took about 15mins. to sign all documents. I don't now why they had me wait around for 3hrs to do that. That's 3hrs of my life I will never get back!

This review is coming from a former Mercedes owner. I have driven a Mercedes SUV for close to a decade. I felt there were no real bells and whistles for the price being paid monthly. I called Lexus on a whim and spoke to Jeramiah, who was amazing and totally transparent. He did much of the paperwork over the phone so there were no surprises ahead when I showed up that day to test drive it. I could not be happier. The Lexus RX 350L drives unmistakably better than my Mercedes GLE. Smooth, quiet, and technology driven.

Prompt response to requests. Excellent service employees. Have always been professional and competent in dealings.

Really had a quick and efficient experience. Sales experience was quick and no nonsense. All went well. My only challenge was I brought it in a week later for a problem. They were super quick turns out it was a simple fix. The check-in guy for the service center was rude and abrupt, really turned me off. Everyone else was great so maybe he was having a bad day. I would definitely come back here and buy again.
