I just purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer. I had been shopping different makes and models at different dealerships and had become completely frustrated and disillusioned with the whole process until going to Bartow Ford and hooking-up with Salesperson Chris Stricker. Now, I'll readily admit to being a hard-nosed consumer who believes the devils-in-the-details, especially when a major purchase is involved. I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire "Team" at Bartow Ford. They all exhibit the highest levels of professionalism, product knowledge, and enthusiasm that their competition can only envy. The best highest compliment I can give Chris is that I actually purchased the vehicle shown. I had shopped for a long time and was very happy I came here to make a comparison. I felt there was a good selection and no pressure. I got straight answers to all my questions. I have not had much to deal with beyond signing paperwork and trading vehicles but all has been handled smooth.

As a female, I've been spoken to as though I have no idea of how a vehicle operates or worse, attempts at taking advantage of me. Chris was truly different. I went in to Bartow Ford knowing exactly what truck I wanted, and Chris worked with me to make that happen. There were never any unnecessary calls to push me towards buying, but I was kept up with the information needed in a timely manner. I love my truck, and I very much enjoyed the buying experience at Bartow. All employees involved during the process were extremely friendly, and clearly wanted to make the experience positive. I plan on keeping this truck for quite a long time, but should I find the need to purchase again, I will return to Bartow, regardless of where I'm living. I would truly come from another state to buy from Bartow Ford. They really are different, and they have proved it to me.
