I am always treated so well when I bring my car in for service here. The service personnel are so very friendly and explain everything they are going to do on you vehicle and keep you posted as to when to expect it to be finished. They waiting area is very nice, with complimentary water and snacks.

Long time Lincoln Customer AC issues
I have been a loyal Galloway customer for more than 20 years. I purchased a Lincoln MKZ and later the AC failed. They replaced the AC compressor and removed the dashboard leaving trim pieces uninstalled they forgot to install fasteners for dash and console they left to access other components leaving greasy fingerprints on the interior pieces the undercarriage shroud fell off as a result of replacing AC compressor and not installing the fasteners. They did not replace the undercarriage shroud even when the car was brought back a third time to correct continuing issues with AC I even gave them the part number to the shroud and the Issue is still not resolved after several weeks. I would expect this type of unprofessional service from some fly by night company but certainly not a well established 5 star dealership like Galloway I'm absolutely mortified. and if Mr. Galloway gets wind of this I have no doubt heads will roll. Meanwhile I have a Lincoln MKZ with AC that does not cool the car down after its 90 degrees outside and I even have limo tint on all the windows and it used to blow me out of there but not anymore.

Think twice
Because I own a Ford I purchased a 0 deductible extended warranty in order to lessen the pain. With that said, my TPMS fault warning light started flashing so I went to my known service manager to have it fixed. However I was advised it was very busy about a two hour wait, I therefore came two days later and again it was very busy. I was told by the service adviser the they would try to reset the TPSM at witch time I told the new service advisor to that they have been reset already and there was need for replacement. Then I was told it would be approximately 1.5 hours. At the three hour mark I contacted the service manager, who then took control and had my vehicle out in 30 minutes. Upon checking what was replaced or repaired on my invoice, the mechanic stated failed to indicate which sensor was replaced, ( kind of important ) so I then used my own pressure gage to find that one tire was 8 pound less air indicating the tire with replacement TPMS. Wondering why Mechanic has a job when he can’t even figure out how to chech tire pressure. After 4.5 hours of frustration, I drive to work the next morning and the TPMS fault flashes again. And yes I check the tire pressure in ALL tires to make sure they were all properly inflated. Someone really needs to remove their head from their A$$ Because they are really causing the customers seek other dealerships. Extremely disappointed after approximately 6 hours on a TPMS issue, AND ITS NOT FIXED, REALLY!!!

Got to Sam Galloway Ford for my oil change, TJ Powell was my service advisor that day he was polite and knowledgeable. Lobby personal very nice...overall always get a great service there!

Ford Focus
Brought car there after another repair facility could not fix issue- car would not start consistently- could leave key in aux position for a short time and then it would start- told them this when I dropped car off- asked if I had appt- told them no since I did not know the car was going to start having starting issues at that time- had car for 10 days- called to let me know that they had charged battery and that it was fixed- told them when I dropped off car that battery was 3 days old so should not have required a charge- came to pick up car and did not start initially but when I brought service writer over it started perfect every time- took car home- did not start the next morning- had to have care towed to dealership- had to get ride to work- they offered to give me loaner this time which I took- finally took what I had told them was happening seriously and had to replace an ignition module which fixed the issue- this should have been fixed the first time I brought it in but they did try to make up for it when I brought it in the second time---Feel like this dealership has gotten way too big- when you call for an appt you can't get one for 2 weeks- that is too long if you are having issues with your main mode of transportation to work, etc. Need to figure out how to enlarge or work on being able to get 1-3 day appts. Too inconvenient to have to wait 2 weeks for appt.
