2015 ford explore sport

Will never prob buy a ford again. Our 2015 Ford Explorer sport didn?t even have 70,000 miles on it and had to replace the transmission. Have had interior issues and trim problems. Check engine light problems and the sulfur smell in the cab.

I went to in for what I thought was a scheduled appointment for car butler. In the past all services are preformed including oil change, tires ,etc. I was told no appointment was found. But I was going to be accommodated. Oil change was not done and that was my primary reason for going for services. Unfortunately I didn't notice until after I left the service area.

Awesome Experience

Best experience I have had at a dealership. Details that I normally had to take care of were done for me before I left the dealership. Everyone was courteous and helpful. My salesman, Kenneth McDonald, spent a good deal of time making sure I knew the features before I left in spite of the fact I was buying a used car that wasn't a Ford. I highly recommend the dealership and salesman.

I have older model vehicle that is having more repairs and diagnostics - my intent here is to give leeway to the quality of repairs - I came for an oil change and car is running rough (transmission) and check engine light goes on. Returned to service for diagnostic and repairs - and, I have repairs!
