Service at Acura on a Honda Accord

I came a week earlier than I was scheduled, but Sal took me right away. He reviewed everything on my list, and gave me a good seat to wait. I told him about some scratching on the right front tire. I showed him a picture and he put the car on a rack over his head. The cause of the scratching was fixed, and I no longer hear it. All in all, I am very pleased. Denis Neill

Superior customer experience

I was simply seeking a "trip check" so my daughter's red RSX would be in ideal shape for her upcoming semester away at college. Felix said the multi-point inspection would be completely free, which it was. I enjoyed the customer lounge (water, espresso machine, lemonade, snacks) and was impressed with how spacious and comfortable it was. The multi-point inspection showed everything was in excellent condition, except for the left brake light needing to be replaced. They replaced the brake light and washed the car so it looks fantastic. It took less than 45 minutes and the brake light cost was worth an amazing amount of peace-of-mind. Thank you!

We stopped by Scanlon as we were lost, looking for the Honda dealership.....which had recently moved! We were immediately greeted by Nicholas who asked how he could help us...we explained that we were really trying to make our appointment with Honda! He assured us that Scanlon could do our servicing, and in less time! We let him take over and he registered our vehicle and explained the service plans! We were given a tour and taken to the lounge! Soon after we were introduced to Salvatore who outlined the needed work and pricing..we agreed. Within a short time Nicholas returned with news the job was done.. A beautiful clean CrV awaited us! my acura

This dealership is excellent. provided excellent service. all went exactly as promised. They followed up with calls and answered all questions. Were very patient and not pushy at all.

No pressure sales staff

Our sales person paid undivided attention to our needs and requests. We were there for several hours (no fault of the sales person or dealership) and no one there ever made us feel that we were inconveniencing anyone or taking too much time. They explored several options to get us the best financing and gave us an excellent deal on our trade. They made us feel important, valued, and appreciated. They even encouraged us to have pizza delivered since we had missed lunch! (which we did!)

Great experience
