Amazing salesmanship

Philip Ursillo was an amazing personable salesman, he was so helpful and kind and we really appreciated his hospitality. I have never met such a kind and helpful car dealer.

Beyond Expectations!

Long time Acura owner. Treated as a king in Baton Rouge, LA. Looking for the "regal" experience in our new home in Sarasota. Our quest took us to Scanlon Acura in Ft. Myers - service worth the drive. Bob Cohan did his homework to "exceed our expectations" on price and efficiency of the car buying experience. A few phone calls, texts and emails ensured everything was ready and waiting when we arrived so we did not have to spend all day at the dealership. Bob was engaging and extremely helpful including offering some excellent suggestions for lunch. We will definitely be making that drive again, and you should too. new car lease

My sales consultant, Michael Messina made the entire process easy, understandable and pleasant. Mike followed up with me after my first visit by telephone and this led to my returning to the dealership to make my selection. He introduced me to the service mangers and spent a good amount of time with me to go over the vehicle on delivery day. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Michael.

In the middle of a decision and negotiation

Please note this is an active review meaning that the deal has not been finalized and the outcome will depend on the final negotiation and going through the finance process. I am writing this to highlight the experience with this dealership so far. I buy cars online nationwide frequently. I do all my research and only select 3 cars that are similar in terms of year, model, trim, etc. Then I research dealership reviews like the ones here. Once i have selected a few that meet my criteria I reach out to begin discussions. I have had the pleasure of being assigned to Robert (Bob) Cohan. He was very prompt in presenting me with all the requested information and disclosed all pricing via a quote. He also presented me with the inspection report. He is very response and answers all the questions. He understands I am in between 2 cars and is doing his best to influence my decision. Even the manager, Shaun, has reached out to offer some support and interest in earning my business. THe final commercial terms will dictate the complete purchasing terms. I will update review once i am finished with the process. Ash

I had the BEST experience ever with Scanlon Acura of Fort Myers! Sam, our salesman worked very hard to get us the best deal possible with no hesitations and as we got to the dealer to close the deal, EVERYTHING went smooth as Sam and Carlos (finance manager) took care of us!
