Got the RDX I wanted

I wanted a sh-awd with the advance package before I walked into the showroom. The dealership had several RDX models on the lot but none had all my desired features or color choice. I loved the sh-awd and the advance package has awesome sound with its 16 speakers. After doing some web searching they found a white RDX with parchment interior, sh-awd and the advance package. So I ordered that one and it arrived within a week. I love the white which stays warm to the touch even on a sunny day in Florida. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the dealership was clean with lots of cars on the lot to view and test. A no pressure experience from sales, finance and service. I took one star off the price as I waited too late in the season to buy an RDX, all that was left were the end of model year cars so I had to pay a little extra for what was left.

Clay is wonderful to work with - great service!!

I have been coming to Acura for years and Clay is always helpful, always keeps me up to date on what is happening with my car and gets me in and out as soon as possible. Things happen as your car gets older but he makes service on it a little less painful and I'm not afraid hes going to sell me something I don't need..

Great Service and great price

We purchased our Ford F150 and had one of the best experiences. There was no game playing, great customer attention and they worked with us so we could find the best situation for our family. When we went back to purchase the vehicle, Robert Cohan, came into the dealership special just to make sure everything went well and it did! I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Great recovery

At first had an issue with a sale and purchasing of a vehicle due to the salesman not wanting to help, but they reached out and talked to us and we came down to working it out and in the end it was a win win and they really did there best to make it right and they did an excellent job at it

Second chance

At the dealership there was no one who was out there even trying to make a sale, we walked in no one came to ask what we’d like help with or anything. We had to go find a sales person and even then they weren’t too keen on helping us they just cared about taking our money no customer service at and would even try to work with us to negotiate price and kept trying to rush us. But the the manager contacted us and made arrangements with us to come in and fix the issue and sort things out to help as best he can and gave us a different salesman, Sam Oris De Rosa, who did an amazing job talked to us and helped out a lot and ended up buying the car we wanted

Great customer service!

I had a great experience purchasing my Ford Explorer from scanlon Acura just last month. I was very happy with their customer service and willingness to work with me and help me find a vehicle that fit my needs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend anyone to visit their dealership to find the perfect vehicle for them!

Customer Focused

Michael was patient and kind as we test drove several SUVs and cars to find the one that fit our budget and lifestyle. The car-buying experience was not stressful and Michael went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We will return to Scanlon Acura when it comes time for our next purchase.
