First class service. Michael is Exceptional. We purchased new MDX and could not be happier w/Michael as our Advisor. He went through the car in detail on how to use all the knobs, settings and buttons. Advised us to contact him if we had any questions or needed a refresher on the settings. Another fantastic service visit on Monday 26 July 2021. This time it was a 4 wheel alignment n a check of the transmission for a service bulletin for hard shifts. Found out some dealer previously had over filled the tranny. Scanlon service department removed excess fluid and now my car shifts smooth as it is designed. Very impressed once again with their service personal. Clay Kvetko was my advisor this time and as expected was awesome. I just can't imagine going to any other dealership for my service needs.

Clay is EXCEPTIONAL!! The Best service experience by far, better than prior services we’ve had with Lexus and Porsche!! We had a part fail while traveling down and Clay was able to get the part quickly and get us going quickly!

Well what a different experience - having just purchased two used cars in two different states Floridas and California, in two months. My Scanlon experience was easy, smooth and straightforward, no tricks, no turns no extra products being mandated onto you, and no avoidance and confusion on the numbers. Just simple and straightforward. A night and day experience from my first transaction. Sam and all were great and patient with me and our transaction - made difficult by our just relocating from overseas. Anyway we will see how we go with the car over time, but the purchase experience was fantastic.Highly recommend.

I inquired about an MDX online and within minutes I received a call back from Mike. He was polite, professional and great to work with. I was able to explain exactly what I was looking for and how I wanted to process to work. Within 30 minutes, Mike had spoke to his manager, called me back and offered me the exact terms I was looking for. We did the financing online and the next day all I had to do was basically walk in, sign and drive. Everyone was very pleasant and the facility is great! I cannot say enough about how great of a process this was!
