The service department and technical staff at Scanlon Lexus are excellent, and begins with our excellent service advisor, Glen Conway, We have serviced our RC 350 F Sport and our RX 350 F Sport at Scanlon Lexus for several years with complete satisfaction at each maintenance service. The staff are all courteous and efficient and we have been extremely pleased with the results of each service experience.

Right on time
I took my GW 460 in for service today, I have been buying vehicles and having them serviced at Scanlon for 30 years, today was another perfect example of the wonderful service I have always received. My appointment was for 9:30am. I arrived at 9:20. I was greeted and turned over the keys and was escorted to my service rep. He was just finishing with another customer. I was directed to a seat just outside his door and at 9:25 he brought me into his office. Five minutes later I headed for coffee with a promise of just over an hour for the service to be finished. Just over an hour later my service rep found me in the lounge and I proceeded to pick up my car! that's what I want honest estimations of time and friendly service. Thats why we keep coming back. Thanks Bob!

Had my 40K warranty and complementary recall and...
Had my 40K warranty and complementary recall and multi-point service check last July 2, 2021. The Service Associate (Bob Busch) was so courteous and very professional. He will give you all the satisfaction and excellent confidence that the services scheduled will be done accurately and efficiently. He estimated the long job for the recalled fuel pump, multi-point and scheduled services to be up to 3 hours. He gave me a loaner 2021 Lexus GX470 so I could go around shopping while waiting. He called me after 1:56 Hrs and the job is done! I was not even done Costco shopping nearby. The service crew, technicians are amazingly efficient. Last but not the least, my NX300 F-Sport left the dealership with full tank of gas (I checked in with empty lights on tank!). Also, the other service crew helped us transfer groceries and water from the loaner car to mine. I will always recommend Scanlon Lexus for best priced Lexus and amazing services!!!
