Germain BMW of Naples

As usual, I had a great experience working with Jim McGinn at Germain BMW. It really is nice how they've managed to streamline the whole process. I was out of there with my new car in less than an hour!

My husband and I went to Germain to shop for a new BMW convertible, having owned 3 previous ones. We were fortunate enough to meet Jim McGinn, who was extremely helpful. My husband was recovering from a stroke and because of everything going on, it took us a while to finalize what we wanted. We were very appreciative of the fact that Jim was so patient and didn't rush us. I later discovered that Jim had sold BMW's to two of my friends in our condo building and they had nothing but good things to say about him. Unlike many sales people, who after they have closed the sale want nothing further to do with you until you're ready to buy again, Jim has promised to be our "go to" guy whenever we need anything. I searched for a specific year and model car for about three weeks on line and at dealerships, I knew what I wanted and when I saw a previously owned Volvo at Germain BMW on a holiday weekend I sent an E-mail and I was surprised to receive a quick response in an offer to help me. I invited them to contact me ASAP and on Monday morning, Labor Day, Greg Schneff called and asked what he could do to help me. We struck a deal over the phone, I gave them a credit card deposit and picked up my car that afternoon. By the way Germain BMW is 149 miles from my home and they filled my tank, gave me a box of chocolates and thanked me for my business as I pulled out. Michael was great. Friendly and professional, he arranged everything concerning the sale of our new, 2014 X3. From the time I first walked into Germain shopping for a used BMW, I was impressed with the cordial, professional approach that Kevin Browne demonstrated. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and was particularly interested in what I wanted in a car. His concerns for my needs guided his selection of models for to try. I purchased BMW 5 from him and have been quite satisfied with his attention to assuring that my questions were answered to my satisfaction. All in all, Kevin Browne puts the customer first in his dealings and is a true professional in every sense.
