Great job and a car wash too!

Great job and a car wash too! Came in with no appointment on a Saturday morning for 1st 2024 RDX complimentary maintenance. Service team, including service advisor were very efficient and we were notified by text when service was complete!

Reliability of the brand and new model ADX was a huge

Reliability of the brand and new model ADX was a huge selling point. Negotiations were smooth and friendly. Our salesman Sparky went jour of his way to answer questions fully and patiently.

My experience was excellent.

My experience was excellent. I arrived early for my appointment and the staff started immediately on my car's routine check-up. Jonathan Rosario was my service consultant and couldn?t have been better. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. He reviewed the issues that were identified and explained what was done to correct it. The service people were able to finish the service sooner than expected, too. When I need to return for service, I will definitely ask for Jonathan again. I have never taken my car anywhere else. Mary Bennett

Recently bought a 2025 TLX Type S, which was the 5th purchase working with Marvin. He is fantastic to work with and always goes above and beyond. From sending a walk around video, signing the paperwork and coordinating with the F&I, the process is always smooth and efficient. Marvin and everyone at Naples Acura make the car purchasing process enjoyable and the service department is great too. I can’t recommend Naples Acura enough.
