My experience was excellent. I arrived early for my appointment and the staff started immediately on my car's routine check-up. Jonathan Rosario was my service consultant and couldn?t have been better. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. He reviewed the issues that were identified and explained what was done to correct it. The service people were able to finish the service sooner than expected, too.
