My sales person, Bob Nesbit, was recommended by a friend. He proved to be friendly, knowledgable, gave me some very valuable advice, and took the time to ensure that the car was the right fit for my wants and needs. There wasn't the typical "back and forth" between sales and management that I so hate. They made a very good proposal right off the bat, and after a tiny bit of tweaking, we struck a deal that I think was very fair to both parties. When I picked up my new car, Bob spent a lot of time with me showing me how to use all the features and explaining what to expect in service from their store. It was an excellent experience. I walked in this dealership this past Sunday based upon a lease special I saw on their website. No bait and switch or surprises as I ran into with many other dealerships I visited (none of which were Acura dealers but other brands entirely). I met Norm on the lot and worked with him and Ross to sign the lease in quick order. They let me take the car home to show my wife first, and even took care of turning in my other car at lease expiration, and it was not an Acura. They were both excellent and a pleasure to work with. I will be leasing another car for my wife in a few months and these will be the first guys I talk to. Highly recommend.

The staff at Naples Acura is the most professional, friendly and honest I have encountered over the past forty years. I located the Volvo CX90 online at the dealership which was 150 miles from my home. Online tools at the Naples Acura site provided the value of my trade which was spot on with NADA and the Volvo advertized was in excellent condition as stated. The whole process was easy. This is my 7th Acura purchased and second from this dealership. There isn't much haggling on Acuras, so you should have a close idea what you'll pay. The trade-in of my F-150 seemed fair and easy. All is all a great experience
