Just bought the new 2020 RDX Tech! Our experience with the Sales Consultant, Matthew Corio was excellent! He has superior knowledge of all the Acura vehicles and does an excellent job explaining all the features. He was very helpful in the process and the final decision to buy the RDX! We worked with Scott and Marianne as well to close the deal. Matthew listens very well and is sincere in his approach. I always love Acura products and am so impressed with the new 2020 RDX Tech! It was great experience, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have had some Honda cars in the past and I loved them so I was looking forward to getting into an Acura, it was time to step into a beautiful vehicle.

My experience with Naples Acura was a positive one. From the day a first walked into their showroom to the day I left with my new RDX, I enjoyed dealing with Matthew Corio, Scott Foster, and Marianne Sullivan. Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took a lot of time with me, and went on two test drives. He explained different features of the car during the test drives. He was very accommodating, and told me that I could call him anytime if I had questions. Scott Foster introduced himself to me while I was meeting with Matthew. He located the RDX that I wanted and arranged for it to be brought to Naples Acura. He worked along side Matthew to make sure I got the car I wanted, got the most money for my trade-in, and got the dealer installed accessories that I was considering. He told me that if I ever needed anything, to give him a call. Marianne Sullivan made signing documents a pleasure. She, too, was personable and explained the documents in basic terms...it was quick! Everyone at Naples Acura went above and beyond. They went out of their way to make every phase of buying my RDX a great experience.

I was very impressed with the entire team at Naples Acura during my car-buying experience. Scott was able to provide a good value on my trade-in as well as provide realistic financing options while also not being pushy throughout the process. Working with Francesca was terrific. She closed the sales process and went above and beyond to explain the numerous "tech" features in my new RDX, sitting with me in the car and helping me set-up the basic phone, audio, and navigation settings prior to leaving the lot. I have never experienced this in my past during previous car purchases. Marianne provided thorough guidance in walking me through the financing process. Overall, the best car-buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would strongly recommend Naples Acura to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car.

I've been buying Acuras from Norman Johnston for 25 years and am always pleased with his courteous and professional demeanor. He went over this very technical 2020 RDX and I am so pleased with all the features, especially the safety features. He was very patient and helped me link my phone and set up my radio channels. Norman is so receptive to customer concerns. Over the years I've had small service issues and he has been very helpful and makes sure the work is done. The service department at this dealership is also terrific, friendly and they take the time to explain what needs to be done. I recently relocated from Chicago, IL to Fort Myers, FL and needed to get a new car in that relocation effort. I ran across a used Acura RL at Naples Acura and reached out to the dealer to learn more. Matthew Corio ended up reaching out to me and shared pictures of the vehicle. Matthew worked with me to coordinate the purchase of the vehicle from 1200+ miles away and held the car until I arrived in southwest Florida. Working with Naples Acura was great.
