Germain service was excellent as usual. Marc Hill kept me informed regarding the necessary repair to my MKX and when it was ready to be picked up. Great service.

Hands down the best service consultant I have deal with at a Lincoln dealership. I highly recommend Cheryl. Her demeanor, competency and communication skills were exemplary.

Excellent service

Scott Moesner saved the day for me! My MKX had a service issue the day my daughter and her family of 5 arrived for a visit at the height of the season. Scott Moesner arranged for me to have a Navigator as a loaner once he heard that we had a big crew here and it was very thoughtful of him. Scott also discovered a few other issues that needed attention on my MKX and they were all taken care of in a timely manner. I am a huge fan of the service department at Germain and will be shopping there for my next car!

A great experience

From beginning to end my car repair experience was great. I was assigned a repair associate who then took care of the process until done The dealership is beautiful with a large,clean and well planned waiting area. I felt like I was a guest at someone’s beautiful home. I was served a drink and a choice of a treat. The bathroom was spotless Scott Moerssen, my associate was thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable. He took good care of me.

Cheryl Rehkopf provided excellent personalized care!

Cheryl Rehkopf kept me up-to-date on the serving of my vehicle, was extremely customer oriented, and was very pleasant to work with. Will definitely continue to do my service at Germain Lincoln. The lady serving the coffee and other refreshments was very kind and considerate - made for a great wait.

I always receive the best service from Germain.

My service rep, Cheryl Rehkopf, has always taken care of any issue I call about. Fast, courteous, great service. On my last visit she took the time to review my Black Label options. I highly recommend her as your service representative. Also, the concierge service at Germain is the best of any dealership anywhere.

Service for my MKX

I had to service my Lincoln on 3-28-19 and was lucky enough to get Cheryl Rehkopf as my contact person. I simply told her what I needed and it was done with no delay. Very pleasant and helpful

Vacation saved

We were traveling from Wisconsin to Florida and ended up puncturing our tire on our Navigator. Since they had 50k on them we opted to replace them all. We called Germain Lincoln and they beat the prices we found on tire rack. Scott Moessner was our service advisor during our visit. We were blown away at the café the dealership had onsite that offered anything drink or snack wise that you could want. After 15 min Scott informed us that they were backed up and it would take a couple hours to complete the work. Scott gave us a loaner vehicle and then offered to switch the vehicle out with ours later in the day. When we told him we were staying on Sanibel Island an hour away he said that was no problem at all. Scott delivered our vehicle personally, washed and vacuumed and saved us a day of our vacation. This is the BEST dealership with the BEST service we've ever had anywhere hands down!!!!

Excellent and enjoyable

Been with this dealership for 25 years and with Dave Kern for all of that time. Have never had a less than pleasant experience. Sorry tonsee Dave go but happy for him as well.
