Service for my Lincoln

Germain Lincoln goes out of their way to make your car service a pleasant experience from the time you arrive until the service is complete. Cheryl Rehkoph was the service person that dealt with my maintenance yesterday. I had an appointment problem so rather than wait around she got me a loaner to get home and had my car delivered to me at my home. She was very easy to work with and solved my appointment issue with no problem. I would definitely recommend both Cheryl and Germain Lincoln for your s automotive needs.

Great service and repairs.

Our service advisor Cheryl Rehkopf made sure our service and repair work were done to perfection and expediently. Great communication from start to finish. When we purchased the car we had the same great experience.

Hard to beat!

Very Happy with the Service

After meeting Cheryl Rehkopf at the Germain Lincoln dealership she took care of everything pertaining to the repair that needed to be done. She answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would be glad to have her take care of anything to do with my car whenever I need to have something repaired or worked on. Gary

Sal Coppola is the man to see at Germain Lincoln

Sal Coppola is the salesperson that waited on me and provided outstanding customer service. I was driving to the dealership from Fort Lauderdale and he went out of his way to get me detailed pictures of the car so I did not have to drive 150 miles just to see the car. He worked very hard to get me a good deal but in the end was only able to comp the title fees since the car could not be discounted. Sal Coppola is the man to see, he will take care of you for sure.
