This location is fantastic. They were able to make the trade-in process smooth and understandable. They were able to answer all of my questions and worked with me on everything I was looking for. If you can, ask to work with Carson. He's your guy!

Even though the wait was longer than I planned since I had an appointment everyone was very kind and helpful!! Damien, the parts manager was awesome!! Brian was great too! I always enjoy coming to this dealership!!

Even though I waited longer than I thought I would, since I had an appointment, everyone was very kind and helpful. Damien, the parts manager, was awesome!!! Brian was great too!! I always enjoy coming to this dealership!! Carolyn

They did a good job on my service and were very derail

They did a good job on my service and were very derail oriented. The rep was nice and easy to work with. I wish they were in east Naples though.

Unfortunately my experience as a first time customer to the service department was not a good one. I had a scheduled appointment on May 21 for window tinting. I wasn’t on the schedule. Long story short, after waiting around for 1 1/2 hours, I had to reschedule for today. I hope it will be much better, so I will have an opportunity to write a better review.

My service agent Ann Marie is outstanding.

My service agent Ann Marie is outstanding. She explains everything to me and advises me well. She has a friendly manner. Normally I give this dealership five-star rating, but this time I lowered it because they left the paper mat and seat cover in my vehicle. Also when they first returned it to me, it had not been washed. I had to ask them to do that. When it came back from the car wash, it still had the plastic seat cover and floor mat which normally is removed. It just seemed to me that attention to detail was missing that ithad always been there before. Also, the representative who called me to make the appointment never told me of the full service that they wanted to do on my car. I wasn't alerted ahead of time that a recall service had to be done.
