as usual Lexus dealership goes above and beyond, always making you feel very important. My lady goes more than above and beyond. She is absolutely amazing and I never wanted her to leave because I don't want to go with anyone else Adria Levy has been unbelievable with me. I have two Lexus cars and they both get serviced within a week from each other and again she goes above and beyond. I just adore her. I don't mind having to go to Lexus anymore because of her although they're all fantastic there she really goes above and beyond you guys are lucky to have her Lexus Naples, dealership, amazing

I had the pleasure to meet Scott Fielding at Germain

I had the pleasure to meet Scott Fielding at Germain Lexus. The man is truly amazing. I had to go twice in one week to get my regular maintenance and fix a problem that I had with my car play. In my two visits, Scott was really phenomenal in helping and keeping me well-informed throughout my stay in the place. I’m so happy with the service provided to me at both visits and is truly amazed by the help received from Scott.

There was a salesperson I was talking to who had me very interested in the Lexus; however, it needed new rims on the tires. I wanted that done. Then I suppose it was a general manager calling me to say the car had been sold. Strange
