Had a tire that was road damaged and not repairable.

Had a tire that was road damaged and not repairable. it was covered under a two year road hazard warranty at Lexus. Went to Germain Lexus in Florida. Lee Glesmer was our service rep. He did a fantastic job in telling us when replacement was approved and step-by-step follow-up of the service status. Lee is customer-focused and professional. excellent service experience!

Professional but very busy. I trust them they have always done great job, O only drive lexus SUV great long term vehicles thst never breakdown.

Paper in floorboard would be nice to keep dirty shoes

Paper in floorboard would be nice to keep dirty shoes with grease, gas and dirt off the mats. Some dealerships cover seats with plastic and paper in floorboard.
