Lexus beats them all

I had been to several dealerships looking for a gently-used convertible. The other luxury car dealers made it seem as if they were doing me a favor to show me cars. Having been a Lexus owner previously, I went to Germain to see what they had that met our needs. The experience was great, The salesman, Hanny Hanein, worked with me to see that I went home with the right car at the right price. Now that I have returned to Lexus, I will never stray again! There is something about Lexus dealerships that makes the whole car buying and maintenance experience so painless, and Germain is no exception.

Purchase of New Lexus

Sales consultants and managers went beyond my expectations to make this purchase pleasant and professional. Greg Libutti is my sales rep backed up by Joe Caso and Trish Cano both sales managers. My service rep John McCloskey is the very best. I have purchased three new SUV s from this dealer and it just keeps getting better.

Mr. Chapman (service manager)

Mr. Chapman was professional, courteous, and understanding of my problem. Took the time to listen to me and recommended how I might correct the problem with his help. Having owned 5 Lexus' during the past 15 years, I can't say enough about this particular dealership in terms of its service!

Superior Customer Service!!

If you want to end your day with a smile, schedule your oil change at Germain Lexus of Naples! Thanks to Carrie Lorenz and all of the wonderful accommodating staff, my car came out sparkling clean, tire pressure adjusted, and oil changed at no charge!! It is the little things that make all the difference when buying and servicing a car at Germain Lexus of Naples!

Superior Organization

I recently purchased my third new Lexus within six years from Germain Lexus of Naples. My sales consultant is Greg Libutti. In addition I worked with Trish Cano ,and Joe Caso., sales managers. I of course had other options to buy a Lexus from, but this team is the very best in the business, period. Dave Camposano , the General Manager knows how to keep the best people.

Another great experience!

This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Germain Lexus of Naples in the past two years. Michael Dias-granados was our sales consultant both times. He stayed in touch with us after our first purchase, reminding us that he was available to answer questions or address any concerns we may have regarding our vehicle. We have experienced that same attentiveness each time we visited the service department. So it was natural to return to Germain Lexus and Mr Dias for our second purchase. We were not disappointed. Mr. Dias and others involved with the purchase were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful during the whole process. So glad we did!

Routine car Maintenance

It is always a pleasure to do business with Germain due to their more than accommodating staff. Thanks to Carrie R. Lorenz I drive over 100 miles to have my car serviced at this dealership. She is professional and courteous but more importantly I trust her recommendations and efficiency in taking care of my service needs and value her opinion.

Thorough diagnosis & communication

Beverly Coppola was wonderful! She was very quick with the diagnosis & thoroughly explained what it entailed. My needed (and multiple repairs) took a few days to complete, due to delays in receiving the parts. However, Beverly put me into a dealership loaner vehicle for the entire time, and kept me informed each day. What a professional!
