This was my first time using a car dealership for service as my husband always serviced the cars. Daniel did an amazing job. He told me how long it would take to service it and what they did. When I picked up my car, it was immaculate. I highly recommend using Daniel at Alex Caris Lincoln.

Has great service, received a loner car, car was serviced in a timely fashion, and the Premium extended warranty covered the broken windshield washer pump.

Careful who you’re dealing with.
Careful who you’re dealing with. If you like scammy sales people and managers , this place is full of them. This dealership tacks on so many fees and they do not negotiate and the sales manager Brian doesn’t even call customers back. They are rude . Their so called luxury dealership, according to sales manager Jacob who defended their higher add on fees, has no customer lounge , it’s an old building and disgusting bathrooms. Our sales rep knew nothing and we found out he wasn’t even employed by the dealership yet - he was just seeing if he liked it. What kind of service is that letting him in a car with us during the test drive. They obviously don’t need the business.

Another great Service experience. The Service Advisors are excellent. It's easy to schedule on line. The quality of the work is always great. And, the communication throughout the experience is outstanding.
