The dealership was easy to locate and everyone greeted us immediately. It was a very nice location and kept very clean. Our experience was quick and easy compared to anywhere else we’ve been.

She tried to tell us that the price that the sales people

She tried to tell us that the price that the sales people and us agreed to was only available if we financed through the dealership when I presented my own loan through my personal bank, which was absolutely not true. We then had to wait forever for her to help us finalize the purchase by going through the add-ons and was rude and pushy. Ask for anyone else if she comes in front of you.

Mostly very professional.

Mostly very professional. Didn’t like the way checking in work during last visit. People who arrived after me was taken first. It seemed many people had the same check-in time so it didn’t matter that I waited behind five people who arrived after me.

Comfortable waiting area, nice service people.

Comfortable waiting area, nice service people. However, a very long wait of 20 minutes before service advisor came to greet me at the car and then almost an hour and a half to get just a tire rotation and multi point inspection. I think they are overbooking appointments. They said they were short staffed and running behind.

The repairs were relatively easy, but took much longer

The repairs were relatively easy, but took much longer than estimated and were not done well. When I brought the car back to correct the problems caused by your work, I was not able to get help to do so.

Everything was great with the service on my car.

Everything was great with the service on my car...it was completed quickly with no problems. Everyone was very helpful especially Sabrina. Now the problem ...I spoke with Sabrina about getting an extended warranty on my car. She told me who to call. I called finance and left a voice message 5 times with no call back. I also asked the receptionist to walk over to finance and give my number again no call back. I even called finance a few of times where I couldn't leave a message because if was full.
