Three hours and twenty minutes for an oil change.
Three hours and twenty minutes for an oil change. We had our tires rotated less than two weeks earlier, at our home dealership, but Gettel decided we needed them rotated. They did not ask. To their credit, they canceled the charge. Based on the very long wait and the unneeded service, I was not comfortable with the $700 extra service they recommended.

Excellent staff.
Excellent staff. Highly recommended. Made me feel very comfortable. Unable to fined the rattle in my dash. This was due to the fact that it would not rattle so they could find it. They did not charge due to not finding it. Invited me to bring it back when rattle more pronounced. Again, great friendly service.
