I've been dealing with this dealership for many years mainly because of its excellent service personnel. For the last several years, Monica Bailey has been providing me with the excellent service and was the reason for my recent purchase of a 2015 Avalon from this dealership.

We have purchase 2 new vehicles from Gettel over the past 4 years. They have very competitive pricing and great service. Bud Marriott our service representative has been very helpful at all times. Would recommend this dealership highly!

Reception by Jack Gorilla was friendly and to the point. He examined the two wheels and brought over the serviceman who specializes in wheel repair. The serviceman explained what would be done and when done I would not know there had been any damage. The price quoted was much better than I thought. End result great.and excellent charge. Thanks Jack.
