I have owned Toyotas since 1973. And...I have always been very happy with my veivhles. Gettel toyota is always very professional..never any sneak repairs...I am always given a list of suggestions with pricing,,,and always the decision to make the repairs or not is up to me. I have never met a rude or annoyed employee...regardless of my decision...I am always treated with respect and a smile! I have always recommened Gettel to others..and will continue to do so. Gettel has my "thumbs up" in all areas of customer service and knowledge fo their veichles. Thank you Gettel!

Had a pretty good experience Gettel, salesman very nice, and also the staff. Had one issue with my vehicle and they fixed it on the spot. I would recommend this company to anyone buying a car!

We asked about an all wheel drive Highlander on line. We received a pleasant call back and a quote. We made the 30 minute trip to find what seemed to be very sleazy sales persons. Our belief was confirmed when we were told that they had no all wheel drive cars. Plus the quote was for a 2 wheel drive car even though we were specific in 3 emails and a phone conversation Would you like to look st another car ? Run from this place

This was the fourth Toyota I have bought from this dealer. Chris and Nuri provide great service. I made all my initial purchase arrangement over the phone and got the price and trade in deal I wanted. I did not have to go through any lengthy negotiations. They were willing to do the extra that helps make a difference when purchasing a vehicle.

The sales person, Nuri, was excellent. She understood what type of car I wanted and was willing to work with me on price. She was very informative and helpful.

We are return customers to Gettel Toyota and to our previous salesperson, Nuri Reed. Nuri worked tirelessly to help us find the right SUV for our needs having lost a car in an auto wreck. My husband was still recovering from the accident, so I made the car purchase on my own. Nuri stayed with me into the evening to help me get the car insured and registered so I could drive it home. She takes her job seriously - and she treats us like family! She answered all questions and concerns, worked with us to get the best price and accessories on the 4-Runner we finally bought. We got it all done in one day ... and she stayed with me the whole time. Even when I came in for service, Nuri saw to it that the courtesy shuttle was available to bring me home immediately. I can give her only the highest ratings, which also reflect well on Gettel Toyota - where service department is always courteous, helpful, and considerate of client needs.
