After being a Toyota owner for the last four years we decided to call it quits after having to replace our transmission at 120,000 miles and having to pay half the price since our "LifetimeWarranty" was not 100% covered because we didn't know we were suppose to change our spark plugs at 100,000 miles. Beth Benn at Hendricks Honda was the best salesperson we have had the pleasure of dealing with in a sales process. We had three different dealerships fighting for our business and our deciding factor was salesperson, location, service department. I would highly recommend anyone buy at this honda dealership and definitely work with Beth Benn.

I just bought a 2015 Honda at Hendricks. This is a very efficiently run dealership, with pleasant , knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Tony Pinto couldn't have been more helpful as far as explaining pricing and every detail of the car I was interested in. Chris Keith provided ALL the paperwork necessary to get my new car on the road pronto! The service crew detailed it immediately and I was out the door with my brand new Honda within a couple of hours. I feel I got a very fair price, and no one seemed pushy or aggressive. I was treated with consideration, friendliness and respect throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Hendricks!!

What a great dealership along with excellent customer service! Kaylin was a very knowledgable and polite sales associate. She listened to my interests, and helped me pick out the car I wanted. She answered all questions I had and went above and beyond with explaining the details of my new honda insight . The whole process was fairly quick and manageable. I got an awesome deal on this car. I recommend this location and ask for Kaylin when you arrive:)

This dealer was great in every way, they helped me get the vehicle I wanted over the phone. I had done test driving on dealers close to my home, but when it came to finding the color and model, they made a difference. They explained how that worked and helped me in a very kind -no pushy- way. When I went to pick it up, it was perfect and ready. Manager (Gabe Dragel), Sales (Mike Knight) and Financial (Adam) were very kind, knowledgeable and diligent. It was a great experience. They explain exactly what steps to follow and estimate time. Not pushy at all, we felt welcome and appreciated. I visited other Honda dealers (Brandon and Wesley Chapel) and these were not even close to Hendrick at Brandenton in quality and amicability. I totally recommend this dealer and it's personnel. Wish they were closer to me!
