The Best service and staff

I would highly recommend stopping in Hendrick Honda for your car leasing/purchasing needs. The staff is very welcoming and helpful making the experience enjoyable and easy. I would especially recommend spending some time with Brenty Nunez in sales as he was extremely informative, patient and friendly throughout my entire purchasing process. This is not my 1st time purchasing from them and every time I have a top of the line experience. Thank you Hendrick Honda and please take good care of Brenty, he's a great asset to your company. Also working with Luis Tejada in the financing process was a very GOOD experience. He was so friendly and pleasant to work with, not to mention his professionalism, very knowledgeable. I am very happy with my brand new 2016 Honda Accord Sport. Thanks Brenda and Eddie

Big Dealership, Family feel!

I've been putting off car shopping since my husband passed away 4 years ago. Needless to say I was nervous since my husband was always the "negotiator" All I can say is the business has changed since then! my salesman Justin Becker was the nicest most respectful young man and absolutely zero pressure! I will be going to Hendricks Honda for my service and will be referring my friends and family there as well.

Review of Tony Bradford and Jayson Porter

I can't really say that I have ever had a totally good car buying experience until last Friday at Hendrick Honda. I had been in an accident the previous Saturday and my car was totaled. It was a Honda Accord which I had bought at Hendrick Honda that I had enjoyed very much. By Thursday I was feeling well enough to call the dealership to speak with the finance department because I had some credit issues. I spoke to Jayson Porter and he couldn't have been nicer or more informative. He took my information and said he didn't think I would have a problem so I said I would be in on Friday. When I arrived Jayson introduced me to Tony Bradford who was my salesman. I could not have asked for a nicer, more courteous gentleman. They had preselected 2 cars that I was likely to be approved for. I fell in love with one of them. The deal they offered was generous and suited my needs both for down payment and monthly. The endless paperwork went as smoothly as could be expected and I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone for their next car buying experience.

Review of Tony Bradford/ sales/lease rep.

No one enjoys going through the hassle of buying or leasing a new automobile. At least I don't and I'm 83 years old and have gone through the process too many times. On Thursday, Sept. 3rd. I had my 2013 CR-V in for its maintenance. While there and waiting I looked at the new cars that were on display in the lobby. Going back to my wife in the service area, I passed by Mr. Tony Bradford's office and he asked if I was in the market for a new car? I told him "No" "My car was in for maintenance and I was just looking". He asked what I was driving and I told him a 2013 CR-V. He asked if I minded if he took a look at it? No again. A few minutes later he came back and asked if I would be interested in trading in my present unit even though we, my wife and I, had only two years into the present 36 month lease. No money down and the payments would remain the same .Total miles on the present car was only 9,174. I went out to get my wife and we came back into Mr. Bradford's office. He repeated what he had asked me. Her comeback was "If you can put me into another CR-V with all of the equipment that I now have, yes, I would be interested. Not long later he brought in the specs on a 2015 CR-V and we looked it over. We agreed to trade automobiles. Mr. Bradford did NOT push us like so many car salesmen do. He was extremely LOW key and this I found refreshing. This is the 3rd. car we have leased from Hendrick Honda, but this was the very BEST experience we have had EVER in acquiring a new car. The next day we picked up the car and as of right now we are very happy with our lease agreement. Mr. Bradford made sure that everything on the NEW car was transferred over from the old and helped my wife with the few changes in the panel for radio, navigation etc. and THAT was appreciated also. If I ever recommended Hendrick Honda, I would also suggest that they see Mr. Tony Bradford. NO ONE COULD BE ANY BETTER! Maybe AS good, but not better! s

Great Experience at Hendrick Honda in Bradenton, F

We just bought a car with the help of Tony Bradford at Hendrick Honda in Bradenton, FL. Tony took really good care of us throughout the process. This is our fifth car that we have purchased at Hendrick Honda over the years. We have always been pleased with the cars, the sales reps and the service department.

One happy customer

Kaylin and Beth were both wonderful sales people. It was so nice to have a woman's perspective on car buying. The ladies took quite a bit of time answering questions and making sure I was satisfied with the process. Kaylin is a real asset to the Hendrick's family.

Corporate store with a family feel!

I am just recently divorced and was not thinking of getting another vehicle anytime soon as I loved my car. But after being rear ended on I-75 and having my car totaled, I was unexpectedly in the market for a car. Since in my accident I broke my foot, I didn't want to go dealership to dealership trying to find a car, so I went internet shopping. I checked so many dealerships without ever picking up the phone or sending my information to anyone, that was until I got to Hendrick Honda. I got onto Hendrick Honda's site thinking I wanted a used Honda Civic until I saw the 2013 Dodge Dart. The one that was at the dealship was a little more than what I wanted to spend so I looked at the 32 others that could be brought in, and then I found my car, so I thought. I called and spoke to Jesse who was great, he got me set up for an appointment to meet with Tony Bradford. I tried making it very clear that I just wanted to come in and see the one there to make sure I really liked it but it was another one I was interested in. I pulled up for my appointment where I met with Tony, given my foot, he pulled the Dart up close for me to see and I fell completely in love! We went back inside to find out how much it extra it was going to cost to have the other car brought in for me, where he found out it had been sold, but came back to me with a price on the Dart they had there. I was blown away, the car that was out of my budget, was now in my budget and was actually way under budget. Tony ended up getting me into a higher end 2013 Dodge Dart than what I had been looking at, and that had 20,000 miles less, and for less money! I purchased my car on Saturday and I couldn't be happier! Given that Hendrick is a big corporate store, I expected a more corporate feel, but instead I found that they treat you like family. Thank you Tony and everyone that helped with the purchase of my car! I will be back.

Great Service

I recently bought an Accord from Hendrick and got a great service from Corey Williams. He is very nice, patient and respect customer's decision. We would recommend him for all other customers.

I had recently changed jobs and needed an affordable and quality new car fast. I walked into Hendrick Honda and met Steve Hamje. He was able to find the car I needed for the price I wanted whole process was smooth and easy. I am 100% satisfied and I love my Civic.
