The gentleman who sold us the car was named Marshall K. Zimny. He is the Dealer's Internet Sales Manager. We called inquiring about an auto we saw on their web site. Mr Zimny answered and gave us information, personally drove the car to our residence for us to see it and answered completely any questions we had. We bought the car, trading in a car and Mr Zimny again personally came to our residence to finalize the sale, deliver our new auto and pick up our trade in. Now that is supreme service. He explained everything thoroughly and now we are extremely satisfied with both the service of the salesman and the dealership.

I found a great deal on a Chrysler PT Cruiser with great mileage here. Three or Four text messages and i made up my mind. Didn't even have to go to the dealership. A NO GO. Salesman answered all my questions quickly. Quick and To The Point. Got a better deal on another car with another dealer. But the process was smooth to make up my mind.

The salesman was knowledgeable and didn't need to call over the sales manager! They had no problem finding the exact car I wanted when they didn't have it in stock, and were quite reasonable in negotiating a price!! Had the car in once for service (oil, filter etc) and my one complaint was did not check air in tires. Would definitely do business again! (As a matter of fact I did! Purchased an Infiniti M37 from Coast Infiniti-same salesman- which shares same lot!)
