Oil change

Love your service the women out front are the best Cristina is a huge asset for your company. I know you've made some changes but its a still a good place to come back to sad to hear Leslie is no longer there you lost a huge part there but Cristina has made it smooth enough for us to return thats for sure.

My Kia Service Experience
My service advisor was Eric Espinosa, I actually met him first on the phone, he returned a call I made to service dept inquiring about service financing. Eric explained the process and invited me to come in and complete the Wells Fargo application , I came in later that day and he walked me thru the process patiently..I got approval same day. Eric met me @ Kia @ 7:00 AM and started the intake process , he arranged for a loaner , which I appreciated. Eric kept me updated on the work process and my car was ready when promised, all clean and polished, like new. I will always deal directly with Eric, he’s smart, professional, honest, and very respectful.

New Car
I was very impressed with my recent visit. Everyone was very kind & helpful. I had a few questions about my Kia & everyone was willing to answer my questions with no problems. I felt very comfortable & not pressured to buy the car. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service.

I lease car from this xxxxing Kia , and my payment is comes to 323 $ but the xxxxing agent said do the extra protection to your car and he gave me something global trust protection and my monthly payment goes to 398 $ .. that time he said whenever you need service will do free for you but today I came for service still I have to pay 65 $ for just the oil change and tire rotation.. why I am paying 70 $ extra every month
