Your Service Advisor Rhonda Cook is really a big assset to your company. She is very efficient and professional. She listens and responds well to customers. I believe customers who leave happy after any encounter will stay with Toyota, I'm one of them (since 1991).

I have purchased 5 Toyota Highlanders from Phillips, the last 3 from Sonny Rothwell. Sonny is very professional; develops an excellent Representative / Customer report; explains the entire process of buying a vehicle thoroughly well and is just a pleasure to deal with. I will be back again in a few years and hopefully Sonny will still be around to sell me a new vehicle..

I would like to inform you why I bought a car at this dealership Philips Toyota. The only reason is Mike Poole. I always dread buying a car due to the pushy aggressive and obnoxious salesmen and managers. They always play a little game where you go back and forth with them. Because of that I usually walk out. This time however it was different. Mike was low key, informative and he made it a stressless experience. More salesmen should sell cars like him and the public wouldn't dread walking into a car lot. Both the salesman Tracy and the manager Mike went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The leasing of my new car went very smoothly and quickly.

Took my truck for service . Everyone was great. So friendly. Checked for recalls , found and fixed. For the time it took me to go next door and have lunch, when I came back it was finished with everything. I have been to other Toyota dealerships and this one is my favorite.
