Difficult time in buying a new truck

After a challenging attempt to purchase a new tundra truck several days ago and wasn’t sure I wanted to keep the truck. The GM and Rob reached out to me to find out how can he can “make the issues” right. He and his staff stepped up and corrected the issues and I am looking forward to receiving my new truck shortly.

Great and friendly

Like how Duey was not pushy and very friendly. Working with financing was fast and was easy. Like how they worked with us and getting a good deal.

Fabulous, no pressure car buying experience

My previous car was a Honda CR-V which I loved. My only reason for selling was that I needed a third row. I looked at a new Honda Pilot and the Toyota Highlander. I fell in love with the Highlander. Finding a dealership that was straight forward, no pressure while offering a great deal was hard to find. I visited several dealerships but Phillips Toyota in Leesburg was who I wanted to deal with Sales, the Manager and Finance were amazing

2019 AVALON

The Service was good and the car is beautiful. Phillips matched a TruCar offer so it was a good deal. Easy to work with and no pressure in the buying phase.

Salesman Sonny Rothwell was excellent

Sonny was informative and listened to us. We were happy with our deal, and Sonny took the time (after closing) to make sure my wife and I knew and understood the important features.

Salesman Billy Mason took excellent care to meet my needs

I needed to get a car that I could afford and Billy Mason surpassed any expectations I had. I was presented with a very affordable 2013 Toyota Camry with low miles and excellent condition which I am now the proud owner of. The entire process was quick and professional.

Great experience

After meeting Jack Jackson at the new car show at Sumter Landing in The Villages, I went to Phillips Toyota to drive a RAV4 and to talk with him about leasing one. Jack explained the safety features of the RAV4 as we took a test drive. He's very knowledgeable about the RAV4 and told me about free maintenance during my lease, roadside assistance and lifetime powertrain warranty. Jack worked out a really great deal which allowed me to drive home the same day in a beautiful new red Toyota RAV4! WOW!

No haggling, which I like.

After shopping around for dealers, we always look for straight OTD price. No extras, no undercoating, lol. NONE of that stuff. I just want to get the best OTD deal we could get. Only Phillips would actually listen to the customer (Orlando and Clermont dealerships as well as Daytona, etc were busy TALKING and not listening). We told them what we wanted, what options and wanted the OTD price. Drove the 45 mins to get there with the car waiting and done in less than an hour. That's great service!
