My Service Manager, Scott Nead, has always made my maintenance experience a good one. He explains everything clearly. Trust is very important to me and I trust him to be honest with me. I came in this time, angry at the Sales Manager that closed my sale. He was shady and made my purchase uncomfortable. I was lead to believe one thing about my maintenance contract and the girl at the service appointment line told me I didn't have the maintenance contract I was told I would have. I was not going to do business at Treasure Coast Toyota again and I was going to tell the friends that also bought there of the shady dealings. Scott verified my maintenance contract and told me what a good contract I did have. He assured me that the Sales Manager had left the company a couple of months earlier, and convinced me to give the company another chance. Scott is an extraordinary guy and I hope his loyalty to your company and your product is recognized.

Came for Service left with New Vehicle Lease
Our initial reason to visit the Dealership was to have the recommended service done on our leased RAV4. Approximately a month ago we had received a letter from Toyota reviewing the fact our lease would be up within a year and we should come to the Dealership to check out possible programs that might benefit us with a trade in. After dropping the car at the service department we went to the show room and were introduced to Scott as our contact. He was knowledgeable and listed to our situation and thoughts. Bottom line we were able to work with him and other sales staff to make a deal on a new lease for a 2020 RAV4. So as my review title states we came for Service and left with a new RAV4.

Maintenance Appt Went Smoothly
I was there just to get the free maintenance service (oil change, tire rotation, safety inspection) every 5,000 miles. It was easy to make an appointment and my truck was done on time.

Maria is the BEST. she was very courteous and polite as well as very patient with this old man. She knew her product very well and took her time clearly explaining all of my questions. Don’t let her go 👍 I was very disappointed in the dealerships attitude concerning not wearing COVID-19 mask and practicing social distancing. I would certainly be willing to talk with someone about it.

Lease to Sale
