Justan Banks was professional & helpful in picking out my wife’s new car. Good people skills. Frederic Allen explained Lexus programs and helped develop our financial plan for purchasing. Ron Amerson gave good advice as he has always done the last 14 years we have worked with him.

Joe Staub was the salesperson that assisted me with buying my first Lexus. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely be a repeat customer.

The dealership had the vehicle we were looking for with our preferred interior and exterior colors. The dealership was efficient throughout the process but the best part of the experience was our salesperson, Joe Zegarelli. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with throughout. It is obvious that Joe has a lot of experience and represents Lexus of Birmingham very well. In reality, I could have gone to another dealership and saved over $1000.00, but I wanted to do business with Joe. The Finance representative was very effective and efficient as well, although I didn’t finance the vehicle. I paid cash.
