Love Brannon HondaI
I have bought cars before at Brannon Honda and have also been pleased . I have also been pleased with the service department over the years. I went into Brannon knowing pretty much which model and color I wanted and after a couple of hours I left with the car I wanted. All personnel that I came in contact with were professional and pleasant and very accommodating, particularly Patrick Rincher, the car sales agent I spent the most time with.

bad experience
Had a horrible time trying to buy a vehicle. Will never come back, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.. Salesman did not try to please us. The finance lady was horrible and rude. Was unable to buy what we wanted and not willing to work with us. Made 2 trips. Wasted our time. Very unhappy. I used your web site, researched, everything before i drove a hour. This place was a nightmare. Everone needs to know about how you treat people.

Great salesperson!
Last week I purchased my third new vehicle from Brannon Honda - that would probably qaulify me as a satisfied customer! The next day after I purchased my '16 Honda Accord (with all the bells and whistles),my daughter bought a '16 Odessey van fully loaded. We could not have asked for better help from our salesman, David Shafer. He was kind, and accommodating in every way possible. Each person who helped in the final paperwork was congenial. May I add a word of thanks to your service department? Mr. Gary Nichols is a real asset to that department.

Used car purchase
Purchases a used SUV the sales rep was nice. But mechanical problems happen 14 days after purchase. I live out of town but still had to bring it back to the dealership to be maintenance. As to which I was out of the vehicle for 22 days but placed in a "standard size courtesy vehicle." No reimbursement or anything! The sales manager was very rude when I addressed my concerns to him of the inconvenience to me. But, I will say the guy "Jake" in service/repairs was very nice and apologetic!

Service Dept. no help
I bought new car 2010,got two sons to purchase new Honda's and can't get service guy to just check the number on a fuse.Useless and I gone elsewhere to have service on my car.My two sons are doing the same.My 2010 Civc is payed for in April and I will buy a new car from another dealer.
