Service Dept. no help
I bought new car 2010,got two sons to purchase new Honda's and can't get service guy to just check the number on a fuse.Useless and I gone elsewhere to have service on my car.My two sons are doing the same.My 2010 Civc is payed for in April and I will buy a new car from another dealer.

My First Honda
I had been thinking of purchasing a new car for a few months, and saying maybe after the first of the year. Just before Christmas my Dodge died and made it NECESSARY to purchase immediately. I am new to Birmingham, but had heard great things about Brannon Honda. I can confirm those things to be true. Brannon Honda is a warm, family run business where I was well taken care of. Service department is useless!!!!!
I bought a Honda,got my two sons to buy a Honda.We use the service to change oil and whatever.I call Service department told of a blown fuse in the interior of car and what is the fuse number,simple for service department,right? Wrong,the guy woild not take the time to look for me.I have been on the internet and not find any clear answer,so I called Brannon and told the guy I and my son's have bought cars from them,it did not matter.I have to April and I will have my Honda payed out and wanted a Van. I will not buy another vehicle or use their service again.
