I found my Dream Vehicle at Bill Penney Toyota
I could not locate my Dream Vehicle, locally, so I searched for it using the website "Car Gurus" and found it at Bill Penney Toyota. Using the Car Gurus site I sent an email asking if the Vehicle was available. Salesman Vernon Mason received it and called me back the next morning. The Tacoma was available and I put a deposit on it. [Tacoma TRD 4x4 Off-Road in Quicksand]. Since I couldn't get from my home in North Georgia to Huntsville, AL, until the 20th, arrangements were made to meet around 11:30 AM on May 20. On Friday, as I pulled up, Vernon Mason recognized my red Corolla, met me and took me inside to his desk to get acquainted as the truck was pulled around to the front of the building. He showed me the truck and we took a "test drive" [I had not driven a Tacoma previously, so this was all purposely "new" for me]. The "test drive" was exciting ... the Tacoma felt so big compared to my little Corolla. Mr Mason explained the buttons and knobs, before we took the drive and afterwards, when I asked. We went inside and the Finance Officer, Wayne Lurvey, met with me and we completed all the paperwork for the loan and I paid my down payment. Then, I asked Mr Mason if the Service Dept had a running board available and they did, so we got that installed. While I was waiting [with my 18 year old granddaughter], we met a couple of other salesmen and talked with them. Everyone was very friendly and like family. The kind lady who answered the phone [I forgot her name] talked with us. Everyone was cheerful and upbeat. I'm even planning my mileage so that I can visit my son in TN and drive down to Huntsville, AL, to get my first service completed at Bill Penney Toyota. THAT is how nice and professional and friendly everyone is.

Great experience

Enjoyable vehicle buying experience
Second time I've bought from them and I will continue to deal with them. They were helpful and very professional. Not pushy like at some dealers. Worked with me to give me the RAV4 at the price I wanted. I will definitely use them again for my next vehicle.

Goode
Good experience but they add extra stuff like Toyo Guard($599) and other little things to their vehicles that you don't need just to add cost and sales to the dealership and you cannot delete them because majority of their vehicles are already installed with them. The finance guys also try to sell you MANY different items such as multiple protection warranties and things in case you don't like that. I've bought many new vehicles and by far this dealership has been the worst about that. Overall good experience

Not good.
They car salesman we had said he would call and set up an appointment to get our bumper fixed and a key made which was all in the contract to do. He never called, instead we had to call and set it up. We arrived at our appointment time only for them to say they couldn't do our bumper because the guy wasn't there. Then we waiting for an hour and a half for the key for them to say they couldn't do it because they didn't have the parts and that we would have to come back another day.

I am sorry for the problems that you had when trying to get the items owed taken care of. I spoke with your husband and have scheduled the programming of the key and the repair to the bumper for Tuesday morning. We appreciate your business. Perfect Car for My Daughter
I had searched for a car for my eighteen year old daughter for weeks and finally found a Rav4 at Bill Penney that she loved. The salesman Kareem James was awesome and treated us like family. I have bought many cars and trucks over the years but this was my first purchase at Bill Penney Toyota. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. It was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had.
