this is a poor excuse for a repair shop I have ever seen, I think they show favoritism, to there employee and to there customers. I won't go back to this one ever, I will drive else where.

Going the Extra Mile
Fisrt rate coustomer attention. Empolyees went out of their way to greet, offer assistance, and make us feel comfortable. Salesmen worked with us to offer alternatives, compromises, and arrange the deal we needed. And in the end, Bob F.'s efforts made our dream car a reality. We are the owners of our first Pruis! Bob showed us the features on our new Toyota Prius Hybrid, entered my cell phone into the blutooth for me, made sure we were happy, and that all our questions were answered.

Marvelous Experience!
First of all, If you are looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Bill Penney Toyota. Everyone is very friendly and focuses on customer satisfaction. I was looking for a Toyota Scion and I had the pleasure of working with Bob. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He made buying a car a pleasant and marvelous experience. If you are coming for a visit, I recommend working with Bob.

Great Experience

Phenomenal Experience
We had the opportunity to work with Matt as our salesman. When my wife and I arrived, we only had intentions of test driving and researching information on vehicles, but not purchasing. Matt respected us of that and helped us with all the information we needed and never once crossed the line or pushed us into buying a vehicle. We were so thrilled at the excellent customer service he gave us that we decided to discuss prices. The negotiation process was spectacular and was the quickest experience I ever had at a dealership when purchasing a car. We left with a new 2014 Highlander and have not regretted a moment of it. The only negative thing about the visit was when we were with the financial representative Drew. I didn't feel as friendly with him, yet it was more business and get it done atmosphere in there. When working with Matt, he became personal with us and opened up. We had great discussions in the midst of everything else. A fine salesman who deserves to go to the top. Thanks for the great experience. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Matt.

Very Unprofessional
I drove from Gadsden, Al to Huntsville, Al after communicating via email and by cell phone. I had a scheduled appointment as well as a confirmation number and was not notified by the salesman a spoke with"Jeremy Gordon" that the vehicle had been sold. Needless to say my pregnant wife and I were very disappointed in the service we didn't receive at Bill Penney Toyota.
