Had the greatest experience buy ing online from this dealership. The salesperson, Robert Hart, was excellent. He kept me informed every step of the process. I purchased the car for my mother which is 78. She wanted no hassle no problems with sales people. I can recommend this dealership to anyone. The inventory is great and so is the staff. Sierra jumped out of gear while engine off
35,000 mile Sierra with transmission issues: slow to go in gear when cold and jumped out of gear with engine off, resulting in vehicle rolling backwards 12”. Service dept would not return messages, and once contact was made failed to call back when they said. Be prepared to be without vehicle for awhile. After waiting a month for an appt. it will then sit on their back lot a week before it is looked at.

Watch your credit report for their inquires
Prior to this distasteful incident of trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I 0 hard inquires on Transunion and Equifax. They performed 6 hard inquires on Transunion and 6 hard inquires on Equifax on my credit report which has now decreased my credit score which in turn will make it difficult or even impossible to make a purchase at another dealership. My mother, who had excellent credit cosigned for me. They performed 6 hard inquires on her Transunion and 8 hard inquires on Equifax. I had to contact the dealership to tell them to stop performing inquiries on me as well as my mother. Mr. Tim Chumley then contacts me saying good news and attempts to sell me a 2020 Equinox. My obvious reply was no to the Equinox because I wanted to purchase the 2016 Honda Civic EX. Hours later I reach out to Mr. Chumley to obtain the financing status of the 2016 Honda Civic. At this time Mr. Chumley informs me the best deal he could obtain was me paying $4,000 down with my mother cosigning.
