Great service

We have become accustomed to a level of service at Classic that is unheard of at other dealerships including non-GM facilities. The staff at Classic are always very professional and yet offer a personal touch that is a little unexpected when only an oil change is required. Although I have had no issues or problems with my Cadillac ATS I'm confident that future service will be excellent as it has been in the past.

Made a bad situation good

We had a lot of problems with a car that we purchased from them last year. When we complained to the dealer, they bent over backwards to make it right. They were able to get us out of the problem car and into a new one. It shows that they stand behind the cars that they sell. I love my new SRX and I won't hesitate to buy our next car from them. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was helpful and professional. Thank you, Classic Cadillac!

Always professional

Excellent service as always. Even fixed an annoying noise that came and went and now it's completely gone. Very satisfied costumer.

I bought a 2012 GMC Terrain at Classic Buick GMC Cadillac, Montgomery, Alabama. Mr. Thomas Jackson was my dealer and the service there was EXCELLENT. I have known him for over 10 + years. He, along with the other service members, render impeccable service at Classic Buick GMC Cadillac. Besides that, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Terrain. GREAT EXPERIENCE PURCHASING MY FIRST CADILLAC

I PURCHASED MY FIRST CADILLAC TWO WEEKS AGO FROM THOMAS JACKSON AT MONTGOMERY ALA. CLASSIC BUICK GMC CADILLAC. I HAD BEEN IN LOOKING LAST YEAR. THOMAS KEPT IN TOUCH AND CALLED ME TWO WEEKS AGO SAYING THAT HE HAD THE CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR. HE WAS RIGHT! I FELT LIKE I GOT A GREAT DEAL AND EVERYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT TO WORK WITH!

Excellent experience at Classic Buick GMC Cadillac

Robert Hart sold me a 2008 Volkswagon Jetta. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. The finance team also was a pleasure to work with!

Escalade Purchase

I saw a 2013 slightly used Escalade on the cars.com website on a Saturday afternoon. I got a call within minutes from Thomas Jackson at Classic in Montgomery. He answered my questions and keep up with me during the week I was making a decision. Then, the day I was sitting with a pros and cons list of the two Escalades I was looking at (their used one and a new one at Crest Cadillac in Birmingham), I got a call from the used car manager. We knew nothing about Classic's reputation so we called a friend in Montgomery. He told us they had a good reputation. I chose their car because of 0% financing, a sunroof and that is was a pre-owned Certified Cadillac. I had been told it was a one owner car. When I investigated further, that one owner was a rental car company. I feel they kept that nugget of information out of discussion from me. I am a bit worried about that and only time will tell if that was worth my worrying! I would have bought from Crest Cadillac if the new car could have had 0% and had a sunroof. Used cars are cheaper because they are...used...so that gave Classic an edge. Crest gave me an amazing deal on the new 2013 and also kept in touch with me very well. I have always had great experiences with Crest Cadillac and hated not to buy from a company I knew and enjoyed dealing with. I will have my car serviced there when I need to because they are terrific people. Cars.com was a great tool for me to get started with the whole process of educating myself on the current Escalade market.

Nursing conference pays off!

Had been searching for sports car on-line for several weeks and found what we were looking for in Montgomery. Had no real plans to purchase at this time,however, the salesman:Thomas Jackson, was very good and after driving the car we bought it on the spot. This was on a Friday and they actually delivered the MX5 on Monday-150 miles away. A great experence.
